Tubes

Northeast Reel has also just installed a new computer driven, fully auttomatted tube saw. This machinery allows the operator to program any length and it cuts the tube with precision and accuracy producing a clean and consistent quality.

Assembly

Our assembly department continues to provide the highest standard of quality and reliability. Each reel is assembled by hand to ensure tight bolts and glued barrels. After this process is complete, every reel is inspected before it is palletized, stretched wrapped, and inventoried.
